ABOUT SARAH & PURPLE PICTURES
Sarah Devorkin has worked as a film and television editor since 2010. After beginning her career in San Francisco as an archival researcher, Sarah studied at The Edit Center in New York and is currently based in Brooklyn. Recent credits include the Amazon original series LulaRich, the Netflix original series Salt, Fat, Acid, Heat and Conversations with a Killer: The Ted Bundy Tapes. Feature work includes the music documentaries Strange Powers and Who Took the Bomp, both of which premiered at SXSW, and All of Me, which premiered on PBS Independent Lens. She has special admiration for filmmakers whose projects explore their subject matter with depth, tenacity and humor.
Sarah graduated from the University of Chicago in 2004 with a B.A. in English Literature and a Certificate of Latin American Studies.
